Another Contender Enters the Ring

The AI Wars are really heating up. In this corner, we have a new contender. It’s Gemini, a new entry on behalf of Google and Alphabet. Seems like Gemini is mostly multi-modal and can scale it’s use case nicely, moving their computing power and cost through a 3 tier system. The lowest of which, called Nano is supposed to run on smart phones.

For those of you who prefer videos to reading, her is AI Revolution doing a mid depth dive into Gemini. It looks like ChatGPT might have a few very tough initial rounds in the ring against our new contender, Gemini.

We haven’t got our hands on it yet, but it’s certainly on the to do list. After we run Gemini through it’s paces, we will write a review and maybe we will even start our own YouTube. Til then good luck living til the singularity.
